19. Bruno Fernandez (Manchester United)
Bruno Miguel Borges Fernandes is a Portuguese professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Premier League club Manchester United and the Portugal national team.
An attacking midfielder, Fernandes is a direct, energetic playmaker who is capable of both taking on defenders and setting the rhythm of play.
Directness also means that Fernandes tends to take a lot of risks with the type and level of passes he attempts to complete, especially because he often tries to deliver killer ones. However, despite being prone to turnovers, he typically presses the opposition right after losing possession.
In addition, he is an accurate free-kick taker and likes to shoot from outside the penalty area. His movement off the ball is also key, with him often roaming around the attacking areas of the pitch, or dropping deep to pick up possession. As well as operating in the attacking midfielder role, he can also operate in a deeper central midfield role, or as a second striker.
This player has been impressive since he joined Manchester United; winning back-to-back Premier League Player of the Month awards.

He was compared to Cristiano Ronaldo by former Ajax defender Danny Blind, who praised him for his ability to score with either foot and headers, along with making “astonishing” sprints.
A versatile forward, Mané is a prolific goalscorer, whose main traits are his finishing, speed, technique, and trickery in possession, as well as his decision-making, tactical awareness, creativity, agility, balance, control, touch on the ball, and dribbling skills.

Even with his Man of the Match performance against Barcelona, I feel he is a strong contender for ‘The Best’ award. He also registered 21 Bundesliga assists making him the highest among those that gave assists across Europe top-flight leagues.
7. Sergio Ramos (Real Madrid)
Sergio Ramos García is a Spanish professional footballer who plays for and captains both Real Madrid and the Spanish national team as a centre back. He has also played as a right back earlier in his career.
You can’t take away the World’s best defender out of this list.

Kylian Mbappé Lottin is a French professional footballer who plays as a forward for Ligue 1 club Paris Saint-Germain and the France national team. Considered one of the best players in the world, he is known for his clinical finishing, dribbling, strength, and explosive speed.

1. Robert Lewandowski (Bayern Munich)
Robert Lewandowski is a Polish professional footballer who plays as a striker for Bayern Munich and is the captain of the Poland national team. He is renowned for his positioning, technique and finishing, and is widely regarded as one of the best strikers in the world.
I don’t think there is any other footballer that has surpassed Lewandowski this 2019/2020 season for ‘The Best’ award.
He has scored a staggering 54 goals in just 45 appearances.
He topped the scoring chart in the Bundesliga, DFB-Pokal and UCL this 2019/2020 season.
If he wins the UCL, there is nothing that would stop him from being crowned ‘The Best’ award for this year.
