Drinking tomato juice

If you feel irritated by the thought of squeezing tomato and drinking it, then place the juice under your armpits and let it sit there for about 10 – 12 minutes before rinsing it off. Also note that only raw tomatoes can be used.
Squeezing black tea under your arms
Black tea has certain properties which can reduce heavy sweating under your armpits.
All you have to do is boil water, prepare black tea in a cup and apply in your armpits with a clean towel. Make sure the tea is a little cold before using it.
You can also put the tea bag under your armpits and let them stay for a few minutes before dropping it in the trash can. Try this every day and you will be surprised at the effects.
Spreading baking soda in the affected areas
Baking soda is an all-rounder when it comes to fashion and is a natural beauty product. It helps to reduce so many issues like mouth odor or yellow dentition and so many others.
Baking soda can help to reduce sweating heavily under the armpit. All you have to do is apply the powder under your arms for no more than 30 minutes before rinsing off. If you go beyond this, you might experience irritation and a burning sensation.
Rubbing potatoes under your armpits
Potatoes can reduce sweating in your underarms if you rub them in the affected place.
They are able to do this because they are excellent absorbers of excess water. Make sure to rinse your pits after rubbing potatoes on them.
Soaking wool in lemon and applying under your pits
Lemon contains an acid which makes it a very good sweat reducer. You can mix lemon juice and baking soda and rub the mixture under your pits.
You can also rub the lemon directly on the affected area, either way; they would still produce same outstanding result.
Applying coconut oil on the affected area
Coconut oil contains Lauric acid which has anti-microbial properties and can kill the annoying bacteria that causes heavy sweating and body odor.
You can squeeze coconut flesh and extract its milk which is very rich in coconut oil and rub it on the affected areas after bath.
Eat healthy foods and reduce your intake of spicy foods or caffeine.
Also eat in smaller quantities to help the body in quicker digestion.
